Our focus for K-12 Education Projects is smaller bond work to maintain a focus on client services. This bond size can range from $1 million to $20 million dollar projects. From the beginning of the project to the day students arrive the same Project Principal and Project Manager directs the day-to-day aspects. With a staff of architectural designers, interior designers, and project managers we can provide full architectural services that impact everything from the ground the school is anchored in, to the furniture that is ordered and placed. Additionally the creation of the Project Team is critical to our Education Projects, and this team typically includes:

- mechanical and electrical engineers
- food service consultants
- pool consultants
- furniture consultants
- specialty consultants
M Architects is proud of the consulting teams we have brought together and is at the foundation of a project’s success. This is true for all of our projects regardless of the typology, but is even more important for our school work to ensure that project budgets are met throughout the process. We also team with and work well with Construction Managers and consider them a vital asset to our Education projects.
