X-Golf is a golf simulator technology company and franchisor focused on delivering “the most innovative and accurate golf simulator experience in the world.” They are the top ranked franchise in their category on the Franchise 500 list and have over 100 franchise locations across the United States, with more on the way. Each franchise contains multiple simulators with a food and beverage component. Their focus is Play, Train, and Entertain. M Architects is one of two preferred architects working with X-Golf Corporate and Franchisees across the country, seeking licensure in new states to accommodate. X-golf drives the program, while Franchisees put their own stamp on it through interior design and fit-out. We’re happy to support on both sides, corporate and franchisee.

Scope is end-to-end, beginning with facility assessment and ending with permitting and construction administration. We also work with franchisees on test fitting, LOI/Lease review, and interior design coordination.
